If you can run most of the demo that will save you a ton of work. I remodeled my own bathroom all to myself. The total cost of up to $ 3000
Chicagirl is correct. Labor is the biggest cost. Do show what the painting itself. You can probably find a way to install a toilet / sink, mirror and bath. The tile work is what you pay for labor for this work.
